Community Tab

This page provides details about community tab mentioned under overview of Alterscope App.

The Community tab is listed under Overview tab on upper left when a user clicks on specific DeFi project. See the screenshot below for reference.

Components of Community Tab

Here is a breakthrough of what information is listed under the Community Tab. The information is categorised into the following sections:

Sentiment

The Sentiment section within the community tab focuses on decoding the emotional tone and attitude expressed by the community towards the DeFi project.

Leveraging machine learning algorithms, the sentiment analysis evaluates the sentiment of the project in following ways:

  1. Total Number of Members

    • The total number of members in selected social channel. A higher member count often indicates a larger user base and increased visibility.

  2. Daily Active Members

    • The total number of members engaging on a daily basis with the social platform associated with the DeFi project .

  3. Daily Messages

    • The total number of messages exchanged on the social platform associated with the DeFi project. A higher number of daily messages may indicate robust discussions, sharing of information, and collaboration among users.

  4. Daily Authors

    • The total number of users who posted text on a social channel associated with the DeFi project on a daily basis .

  5. Sentiment Index (out of 100)

    • The Sentiment Index ranging from 0 to 100 measures the overall sentiment or emotional tone associated with a particular subject. This index provides a quantitative assessment of the prevailing sentiments, with 0 indicating extremely negative sentiments, 50 representing a neutral stance, and 100 reflecting highly positive sentiments.

  6. Historical Sentiment Data

    • Historical Sentiment Data chart refers to a collection of past sentiment index values recorded over a week.

Most Popular Topics

The Most Popular Topics section within the community tab highlights the key subjects and discussions that are currently trending within the social platform associated with DeFi project. See screenshot below for reference.

Positive Messages: Number of messages expressing positive sentiments for a specific social media topic.

Negative Messages: Number of messages conveying negative sentiments for a specific social media topic.

Neutral Messages: Number of messages that do not lean towards either positive or negative sentiment for a specific social media topic.

Related Messages: The total number of messages including all the positive, negative, or neutral categories of topic sentiment analysis

Top User Activity(Coming soon)

The Top User Activity metric within the community tab offers a glimpse into the most influential and active contributors within the social platform associated with DeFi project.
